Translink are delighted to officially launch their new web-site offering passenger information, up to the minute travel news, timetable information and an innovative journey planner.
Ted Hesketh, Managing Director with Translink said, "More and more people are now accessing the internet and Translink’s new web site incorporates many exciting new features. Passengers can check live timetable information and plan a journey without having to lift a timetable! They can also browse through all the latest special offers and fare promotions. www.translink.co.uk offers information about Translink’s three operating companies, Citybus, Northern Ireland Railways and Ulsterbus and has a facility to receive feedback from passengers".
He added, "In addition, job advertisements will also be posted on the site enabling job seekers to scan the opportunities within the company. Press releases and media information can also be accessed".
He concluded, "Television advertisements , a bill board advertising campaign and posters within bus and rail stations will help raise awareness with the travelling public enabling them to enjoy better journeys ‘double quick with a double click!’
