Translink and Dale Farm deliver summer jolly for a lot less lolly this summer!

Sienna Taggart is ‘on the ball’ as she gets into the summer holiday spirit with Translink by enjoying a free Dale Farm ice lolly while she waits for her train/bus.


Translink and Dale Farm have joined forces to help Northern Ireland consumers ‘lick’ the costs of summer travel with a cash-busting range of sizzling summer deals and services and are dishing out classic icy treats to keep them feeling cool as a cucumber as they get from A to B!
Translink has announced a sizzling range of low cost special summer deals and services to encourage families, shoppers and day-trippers alike to ditch their cars and explore Northern Ireland for less on public transport while enabling them to save extra lolly by dodging escalating petrol prices and parking fees.
The Translink summer programme of services includes special Family Day tickets offering unlimited travel on bus and rail services for 2 adults and up to 4 children for £18.50 and a special Bus Rambler Ticket for £7, offering unlimited travel on Ulsterbus and Metro after 9:15am. There is also a 1/3 off train fares available for travel after 9:30am and day-trippers and visitors can make the most of a selection of Freedom of Northern Ireland Tickets offering 1, 3 or 7 day unlimited travel passes which deliver a no hassle low cost way of exploring the province at your leisure.
Dale Farm are helping lucky Translink passengers to chill out by distributing thousands of free ice lollies, including family favourites Pear Picking Porky and Polly Pineapple, throughout the summer at various locations right across the province.
